STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING AND FAST 5-DAY DELIVERY
Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center via USPS to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Self tracking of packages is not yet available. Note: We will strive to deliver items in one box. We will ship to foreign countries, and will contact buyer to obtain confirm shipping costs and charges.

RUSH SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $25 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday through Thursday, you’ll receive your purchase within three business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday by 12 noon PST will arrive on the following Wednesday.) Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, listed above. This rush service is not available for some oversized items, out of stock items, or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND HIGH GIFT GIVING DAYS
Key West Baby will make every effort to get your purchase shipped as soon as possible during this holiday season. Standard and normal shipping arrival days may differ due to the high volume of delivery our USPS experiences. Shop early, and to meet your needs, we will do our best to have your purchase to it’s proper destination.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post. Free deliver is not applicable for deliveries outside the 48 contiguous states. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
To help you with Christmas holiday gift-giving, we extend return policy for gift items purchased between October 28 and December 24, 2010. If you or a recipient are dissatisfied with a gift item purchased during this time, it can be returned by January 31 for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on washed, Special Clearance Deals, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. After December 24, 2010, Key West Baby’s 30 Day Return Policy is:
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Special Clearance Deals through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are not eligible for return. At times, free products are given away as part of a promotion. Free products received during a promotion are not eligible for return.
As a part of our commitment to your privacy, Key West Baby supports and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association’s “Privacy Promise to American Consumers.” We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale or exchange with other marketers; (2) honor customers’ requests not to share their information with other marketers; and (3) honor customers’ requests not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from Key West Baby.
